The film
In the Memphite necropolis of Saqqara, an archaeological mission deciphers the oldest corpus of texts in human history. For several weeks, the film follows Egyptologist Philippe Collombert’s teams inside several pyramids, including that of Pharaoh Pepi II, which has been closed for nearly a century.
